Be Lavished Portraits may use an address you provide to personally deliver or arrange delivery of a client gift, surprise gift, promotional item, invitation, order, artwork, package, client-appreciation item, or other Be Lavished Portraits material.
This may include a local gift drop or delivery to the address you provided.
We may use employees, contractors, postal carriers, couriers, printing labs, fulfillment providers, or delivery providers when reasonably necessary to complete a mailing or delivery.
Those providers may receive information reasonably necessary to complete the applicable service.

Booking a portrait session does not automatically give Be Lavished Portraits permission to publicly use identifiable photographs from that session.
Image-use permissions are handled separately through the applicable image release, model release, promotional agreement, or other written agreement.

Model calls, content calls, giveaways, promotional sessions, and similar opportunities may require separate written image-use permissions.
We do not assume permission to publish images merely because you:
Tag Be Lavished Portraits
Share another image publicly
Submit a testimonial
Participate in marketing
Communicate with the studio
The applicable signed image-use agreement or release controls.
We do not use private client images to train public or third-party artificial-intelligence models without separate, specific written authorization.
We do not use facial recognition or create biometric identification templates from portraits unless any notice and consent required by applicable law are first provided and obtained.
Access to intimate imagery and sensitive session information is limited to people and service providers who reasonably need access to perform the service, fulfill an approved order, support our systems, or comply with law.
15. CHILDREN + MINORS
Our website, forms, and business systems are generally intended for adults and are not designed for children under 13 to independently submit personal information.
A parent or legal guardian should provide information concerning a child's portrait inquiry or services.
If we learn that personal information was collected online directly from a child under 13 without required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Photographing a minor, publishing a minor's image, and obtaining image-use permission may require separate parental or guardian agreements and releases.
